What is ARS as offered by Ultimate Audience Response?

Full-scale stage production presented by The Ultimate Game Show.

Ultimate Audience Response ™
offers its clients the greatest return on their meeting investment through total audience participation. Audience response keypads ensure that everyone remains focused and involved in the meeting content.

We use state-of-the-art keypads and receivers that have become the instustry standard with over fifty years of providing response systems for audiences.

But how does ARS work you ask?
Its really quite simple.

Step One:

First, you work with our team to create questions that will be presented on video screens during your meeting. These questions can be multiple choice, yes/no, true/false, ranking, or ask for opinions. They can also be trivia questions if you choose to format it as a game show. These question screens can be customized with your company logo, meeting message, and/or color scheme.

Step Two:

Then, each member of the group answers the question using their wireless keypad. These responses are transmitted to our receiver and computers either back stage or in the back of the room. Each keypad has a distinct electonic identification, allowing the computer to track each individual response. If team-building is your objective, these responses can be grouped by teams, while still retaining individual results as well. The keypads can be assigned by name, or remain anonymous which encourages total truthfulness in opinion based questions.

Step Three:

Next the results are displayed. Within seconds the correct answer or rankings are displayed, along with the percentage of the group that chose each answer. If it is a team-competion the over-all team rankings can be displayed at any time as well as the individual rankings.

Step Four:

Analyze your results. This can be done after the fact, reviewing individual results to see who "knows their stuff" and who doesn't. Or it can be done real-time by asking knowledge, opinion or demographic questions, then modifying the presentation based on the instantenous results.

Step Five:

Have the most successful meeting your group has ever had. Your audience will be raving about how much better this meeting was than previous ones. And best of all, their retention of the information is significantly greater. It is a win-win!
